How to Signup for Learning Conferences

Please take note of the specified dates for the signup portal's opening and closing which are announced in the Community Newsletter. Once the signup deadline has passed, you will only have access to your scheduled conferences and will not be able to make any changes.

Parents who missed the signup deadline and have questions can contact divisional offices for more information.

Step 1: Log in to the Veracross Family Portal and navigate to the Learning Conferences section.

Step 2: Choose meeting times with the teachers for each of your children with whom you would like to schedule a conference. Your schedule will be automatically saved when you select a time slot with the teacher and appear under My Schedule.

You can download and print your schedule by clicking on the blue printer button.
